Cary Laine, the blue-eyed beauty from the beaches of Alabama may be the biggest thing to enter the Alt Country music scene since Dolly Parton. Armed with an acoustic guitar and a powerhouse voice, her tone can put its listener at immediate attention as she delivers her message with no apologies.  Since her national introduction on NBC's The Voice (and turning all four chairs) in 2014, Cary has been touring the country and writing new material for herself and other artists, all while promoting her own released music, including her 2023 Rebel Rose EP.

Growing up along the Gulf Coast of Alabama gave Cary her southern drawl as well as her roots in country music.  "I remember fishing trips in the Gulf of Mexico listening to Hank Williams, Dolly Parton, and Merle Haggard.  I have a connection to the south that I am proud of."  From there, Cary began writing and performing locally and as she became a young woman, her musical tastes broadened to that of classic rock artists like Stevie Nicks, Alanis Morissette, and Adele.  "I admired any woman out there singing from her gut about their inner thoughts and things that weren't typically sung in country songs".

The Voice was a catalyst to Laine's career, growing her fan base to hundreds of thousands within days.  After parting with the show, it was only natural to get back to writing and begin recording her debut album.  Laine has something to prove, something to say.  She is more than the girl on The Voice with the red cowboy boots.  So she made another life changing decision to get back to her roots and move back to Alabama. Teaming up with Anthony Crawford (Neil YoungSteve WinwoodDwight Yoakam) and Admiral Bean Studio in Loxley, Alabama, she began recording her debut album, Miss Alabama, which was just released early 2016.

Laine now resides on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and has been promoting Rebel Rose, her 2023 EP and writing for other recording artists. Be on the lookout for new music and new performance dates in 2024!
